I grant consent for YMCA NSW, its representatives and staff members to take photographs and film footage of them to be reproduced in any format by the YMCA NSW.

I understand that their image may be used for the purposes of display, publicity and in promotional materials by the YMCA NSW or by other YMCA Associations nationally throughout Australia.

This includes in external broadcast, print and online media and YMCA NSW publications, advertising material, social media pages and website for promotional, publicity or organisational purposes.

I am aware that a copy of the YMCA NSW Photography Policy is available for my information.

I understand that all intellectual property, including copyright, image rights, present and future property rights in the photograph(s), video, film, sound recordings, written content and interview content will remain property of YMCA NSW.

The information that is being collected on this form is for the purpose of permitting YMCA NSW to use any photographs taken of you and your child in any promotion or promotional program, reports, tenders, submissions, decorative material or the like that is created by the YMCA NSW or by other YMCA Associations nationally throughout Australia. Your Space Submission Guidelines

The Y NSW only accepts original work by creatives aged 13 to 25.
If you are under age 18, we will need a parent/guardian to complete the media permission form. This needs to be completed at the time of your submission.
Submissions will only be accepted through our Your Space submission page.
The Y NSW does not accept submissions from third parties (teachers, parents, siblings etc.). All submissions must directly come from the content creator.
Submissions are accepted year-round.
We will do our best to publish as many submissions as possible however the Y NSW reserve the right to refuse publishing submissions, particularly if they don’t meet guidelines.
You may publish under a pseudonym (pen name), but we do not publish anonymous work.
The Y NSW are committed to the safeguarding of children and young people and will not publish any of the following:
Material that promotes alcohol and substance misuse
Pornographic materials or information that may be offensive including violence, self-harm, nudity and/or materials that demonstrate, promote or incite violent acts and/or extremism
Other obscene or explicit material that may cause offense to the audience
Any other materials The Y NSW deems as inappropriate for the target audience
