RYSS Fitness Group aims to increase overall health and wellbeing for young people (12-24 years) through a range of engaging and fun physical activities.

‘Fitness Group’ helps young people to improve their health and wellbeing through fun physical activities designed specifically for them – including boxing, circuit training, and basic self defense!

The program focuses not just on physical health, but also helps young people understand and strengthen their mental health and wellbeing, informs on ways to improve mental wellbeing, and guides young people to where they can access further support.
